Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Thriftp.k, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our community. Because we specialize in intimate apparel and lingerie, we operate a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.

1. Hygiene & Safety First

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strictly followed health and hygiene protocols, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered. This ensures that every piece you receive from us is 100% sanitized, safe, and has never been previously worn or handled by another customer.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Non-Returnable Items: All lingerie, undergarments, bodysuits, and intimate sets are strictly Final Sale.

  • Order Accuracy: We encourage you to review product descriptions and size measurements carefully before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great pride in our hand-picked, thrifted collection. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality check and professional sanitization process. However, if you receive an item that has a significant defect not mentioned in the description:

  • Please contact us at @thriftp.k via Instagram.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photos of the defect and the original packaging as well as ship it back to us once confirmed from our side.

  • Resolution: If a genuine error is verified on our part, we will offer a refund or a replacement if a similar unique item is available.

4. Refund Process

  • As we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons, cash refunds are generally not provided.

  • In the rare instance of a verified shipping error (e.g., receiving the wrong item), a resolution will be processed within 24 hours of receiving our product back.

5. Shipping Costs

  • In cases where Thriftp.k is at fault (wrong item sent), we will cover all associated shipping costs for the correction.

  • Original shipping fees for successful deliveries across Pakistan are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
