We are committed to delivering your "chic secrets" quickly and discreetly. We partner with Leopards Courier, Pakistan’s leading logistics provider, to ensure your parcel reaches you safely, anywhere in the country.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–2] business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order has been hand-picked, sanitized, and packed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan with the following estimated timelines:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3-5 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary during peak seasons or sales.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of shipping applies to all orders.

4. Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a Leopards Tracking Number to your registered mobile number/email.

  • You can track your parcel in real-time on the Leopards Courier Website.

  • For any delivery updates, you can also contact Leopards at (021) 111-300-786.

5. Discreet Packaging

At Thriftp.k, we value your privacy. All lingerie and undergarments are shipped in plain, discreet, and secure packaging (Leopards Flyers) with no mention of the specific contents on the outside label.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: Leopards will typically make two delivery attempts. If no one is available, they may contact you via phone. Please ensure your contact number is active.

  • Delays: While rare, delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or high-volume periods. If your order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimate, please reach out to us at @thirftp.k via Instagram.

  • Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
