Welcome to Thriftp.k. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service or have parental consent.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • We accept payments via [Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa].

  • Orders will only be processed once payment is verified (for non-COD orders).

3. Product Descriptions (Thrifted Goods)

  • Thriftp.k specializes in hand-picked, thrifted/pre-loved items.

  • We strive to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and photos. However, due to the nature of thrifted items, minor variations in color or texture may occur.

  • Items are sold "as-is." Any significant wear or vintage character will be noted in the product description.

4. Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in description/pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan using premium partners like Leopards Courier.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Thriftp.k is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or regional disruptions.

6. Returns and Refunds (Strict Hygiene Policy)

  • All Sales are Final. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and undergarments, we do not offer returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the size and description of the item.

  • In case of a major undisclosed defect, please contact us @thriftp.k via Instagram within 24 HOURS of delivery.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.

  • To submit false or misleading information.

  • To upload viruses or malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thriftp.k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [YOUR CITY, e.g., Karachi/Lahore], Pakistan.
